The book was published in May 2006 in French. The Armenian version of the book is the first translation into another language. Jorkaeff wrote the book with French sports journalist Arnaud Ramse. The football player tells about the beginning of his career, moving to Europe, scandals, New York dream, origin, roots, great-grandfathers. In his autobiography, Djorkaeff explains where and why he got the nickname SNAKE. In his book, Dzhorkaef specifically referred to Armenia and his visits, stories, and memories.
The forewords of the chapters of the book were written by the world-famous football players Desai, Lizarazu, Blanc, Thuram, Lama, Deschamps, Dugar, Anelka, Petty, Bogosyan, Henri, the world-famous tennis player Yannick Noah, coaches Aimé Jaque and Jean Jorkaeff. The epilogue was written by the football player's father, Jean Djorkaeff. The author of the foreword of the Armenian edition is the French-Armenian sports journalist Aharon Boyajyan.
